Coconut Pasta is a paste preparation that is characterized by its high content of coconut pulp.
Coconut ice cream is characterized by its intense and authentic flavor and characterized by the presence of coconut flakes. The flavor obtained in the ice cream depends not only on the dosage but also on the type of basic mixture used: it will be stronger with the use of mixtures that are part water and part milk; creamier and more rounded when using a milk-based mixture, especially if it has a cream/milk flavour.
It is also used in the preparation of semifreddos.
Appearance: Ivory-white preparation with grated coconut pulp.
Features: Semi-finished paste characterized by its high content of coconut pulp. It is ideal for the preparation of coconut-flavoured ice creams, with the flavour, fragrance and appearance characteristics typical of fresh fruit. It can also be used in the preparation of granitas and in some pastry making processes.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, desiccated coconut, flavourings, stabilizer: E466. May contain: pecans, soy, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts.
How to use: 180-200 g of product per liter of milk-based mixture or part milk and part water. In variable doses as a supplement with fresh fruit. Mix well before use.
Storage: The product must be stored in the original sealed container and in a cool, dry place.
