Italian low-fat cocoa powder also for vegans
Low-fat cocoa powder for making chocolate ice cream. It contains 10-12% cocoa butter, has a typical aromatic odor, and a weak sweet flavour, with a bitter aftertaste typical of cocoa. It is a powdered mixture which is characterized by its excellent solubility even when cold, by the intense color it gives to the ice cream and by the particular vanilla flavoring which enhances its flavour. Used in the best Italian ice cream and pastry shops!
Gluten free, ALSO suitable for vegans. Strictly Italian low-fat cocoa.
Ingredients: Low-fat cocoa powder. May contain: soy, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios.
How to use: 70-100 g of product per liter of milk-based mixture, white or yellow according to habits and/or needs.
It is especially recommended in ice cream parlors, as it gives high quality results (flavor and color). It is particularly suitable as an addition to full-fat milk-base mixtures which enhance colour, flavour, aroma. For greater flavor and color yield, hot processing is advisable.

SUGGESTION:
In the case of cold processing, it is recommended to mix the following ingredients together:
- Sucrose or dextrose 60-70 gr
- Cocoa Magro 70-100 gr
- Whole milk and/or water 100 ml
- To be added to a liter of milk-based mixture, prepared as usual.
