White Chocolate Frosting

The White Chocolate Frosting is ready to use and is easy to use. It is perfect for making refined and essential cakes, with a smooth and reflective surface, mirror-like. Our icing is a product ready to use: simply bring it to a temperature of 35° C on a low flame or simply in the microwave, so as to make it more fluid and facilitate icing.

It is advisable to use white chocolate icing to cover cakes and cold desserts. In fact, the icing is particularly suitable for covering ice cream cakes, semifreddos, entremets and desserts in general that are kept in the freezer. It can, however, be used in some cases to cover desserts at room temperature, such as cupcakes, cream puffs and donuts.

Ingredients: glucose syrup; waterfall; sugar; stabilizer: E406; dye: E171; preservative: E202; flavourings; safflower extract.

Storage: the product must be stored in the original packaging, in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.

The white chocolate icing can be colored by adding food coloring and delicately mixing the color with a marisa,
avoiding incorporating air bubbles. If necessary, we recommend using a hand blender. To create a "marbled" effect, pour a few drops of chocolate flavored icing onto the white icing and spread.

White chocolate icing: tips for use.

We recommend frosting cold desserts with a surface free of imperfections. To ensure a perfectly smooth surface, use silicone molds or steel rings.

How to frost: Bring the white chocolate frosting to the recommended temperature (33°-35° C). Remove the cake from the freezer and place it on a cake rack, placing a baking tray underneath it to catch the excess icing. Pour the icing using a jug and make circular movements from the center outwards. Spatulate the surface of the cake to spread the product better and remove the excess icing.
