Ready-to-use glossy chocolate icing
TheShiny Chocolate Icingis ready to useand is easy to use. It was designed to cover cakes, semifreddos, ice cream cakes, single portions, etc.
In mirror seals and fillings it remains shiny even at negative temperatures, and is therefore suitable for use
multiple uses in pastry making, such as covering cream puffs (Profiterols).
Appearance: Semi-fluid dark brown paste, with dark chocolate flavor and aroma.
Ingredients: Chocolate powder (sugar, cocoa), glucose-fructose syrup, water, sugar, stabilizer: modified starch (corn); acidifier: E334; gelling agent: E440; preservative: E202; aromas.

How to use: We recommend heating the desired quantity in a bain-marie to a temperature of 45°C. Mix with a spatula to obtain
a homogeneous mass; do not mix intensely, as this would incorporate air. Then let the icing rest for a few minutes, until it becomes lukewarm. Pour a generous quantity of icing onto the semifreddo or well-frozen ice cream cake (-18/-20 °C).
Smooth the surface with a spatula and remove excess product. To create a pleasant effect, called "marbling", pour a few drops of White Chocolate flavored icing onto the icing and spread. Complete the decoration as desired with other products.
Storage: the product must be stored in the original packaging, in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
