Appearance: Light brown semi-fluid paste, with hazelnut and cocoa flavor and aroma.

Ingredients: Gianduia chocolate (hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa, cocoa butter, whole milk powder), water, sugar, hazelnuts, modified starch (corn); gelling agent: E440; preservative: E202; emulsifier: E435; acidifier: E334; dye: E171; aromas. Gluten free.

How to use: We recommend heating the desired quantity in a bain-marie to a temperature of 30-35 °C. Mix with a spatula to obtain
a homogeneous mass; do not mix intensely, as this would incorporate air. Then let the icing rest for a few minutes, until it becomes lukewarm. Pour a generous quantity of icing onto the semifreddo or well-frozen ice cream cake (-18/-20°C).

Smooth the surface with a spatula and remove excess product. To create a pleasant effect, called "marbling", pour a few drops of White Chocolate flavored icing onto the icing and spread. Complete the decoration as desired with other products.

Storage: the product must be stored in the original packaging, in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
