Instant Yogurt Ice Cream is a powder preparation.

A mix designed to offer the typical flavor of "creamy yoghurts" with a non-acidic flavor in ice cream shops: yoghurt ice cream is creamy and has a rounded flavor and is without sucrose. Unlike Liogel Yogurt, it is a product complete with sugars. The first two ingredients are fructose and low-fat yogurt powder. Also excellent in soft-ice machines.

White, free-flowing powder, with a delicate milk/vanilla odor and milk/yoghurt flavour, with a light sour note.

Characteristics:

The product contains fructose and can be used both in the batch freezer, with cold processing, and in the soft-ice machine. The characteristics of the product are such as to allow the possibility of offering ice creams enriched with probiotic lactic ferments, using it in combination with the Liogel Ferments both in the batch freezer and in the soft-ice machine.

Indicative dose of use and instructions for use:

300-350 g of product with 1 liter of pasteurized milk.
We recommend using 1 1kg bag with 3 liters of pasteurized milk.
Cold working. Let the mixture mature for at least 30 minutes.
In preparation, the mixture can be customized by adding other ingredients such as fresh cream, whole fresh yogurt or
low-fat, replacing the same quantity of milk.

Fructose, low-fat YOGURT powder with inactive cultures, dextrose, fully hydrogenated vegetable fats (coconut), glucose syrup, flavourings, emulsifier: E472b; MILK proteins, stabilizers: E412, E466; acidifier: citric acid.
May contain: SOY, EGGS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, CASHEWS, PISTACHIOS.
