White Chocolate Sauce - Topping for Decorating and Filling Desserts and Ice Creams
White Chocolate Sauce, lends itself to multiple uses not only in ice cream parlors but also in cold pastries for splendid creations such as single portions and desserts in the glass. Due to its balanced white chocolate flavor and its structure, it is ideal for decorating cones, cups, ice cream cups and single portions.
It is also excellently used in artisanal pastry making for decorating and filling cakes, semifreddos and mousses.
Appearance: Sauce of a straw-white colour, with the characteristic flavor and aroma of white chocolate.
Ingredients: Refined vegetable fats (sunflower, coconut, cocoa butter, safflower), sugar, white chocolate (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter), cashews, lactose, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soy); aromas. May contain: gluten, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts.
Note: gluten is not present in the ingredients used for the preparation of the product, but it could be present for reasons due to
processing technologies (e.g.: sharing of equipment or rooms where ingredients containing the allergen are processed).
How to use: The product can be used in variable doses depending on the needs of the individual craftsman. Shake well before use.
