The Pistachio PasteSicilia is a semi-finished product of fine workmanship, 100% pure with only the natural coloring E141.
This 100% pure product allows the creation of a very high quality pistachio ice cream, but also in pastry making and catering in general.
How to use: 100-120-140g, depending on the base mixture used. Mix the product well before use.
Ingredients: Pistachio, natural coloring E141, salt.

Appearance: 3/5 mm caliber grains derived from the crushing of pistachios with praline.
