Cocoa and Hazelnut Sauce - for Decorating and Varieting Ice Creams, Cakes and Various Desserts
The Cocoa and Hazelnut Sauce is a sauce or topping, special for directly variegating the ice cream in the tub and for reproducing the typical flavor of the creams in the decorations with hazelnut to spread.
Appearance: Brown sauce with characteristic flavor and aroma of hazelnuts and cocoa.
Features: Topping characterized by a balanced combination of hazelnuts and cocoa to reproduce the typical flavor of hazelnut spreads in decorations, garnishes and fillings. Due to its structural and organoleptic characteristics it is suitable for use directly on ice cream in trays for variegating. Also excellent in artisanal pastry making and catering as an ideal complement to plated desserts.
Ingredients: Sugar, refined vegetable fats (sunflower, cocoa, safflower), low-fat cocoa powder, hazelnuts, emulsifier: lecithins (soya); aromas. May contain: gluten, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts.
Note: gluten is not present in the ingredients used for the preparation of the product, but it could be present for reasons due to
processing technologies (e.g.: sharing of equipment or rooms where ingredients containing the allergen are processed).
How to use: The product can be used in variable doses depending on the needs of the individual craftsman. Shake well before use.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, in the original packaging.
