Gluten Free Orange Cream
Gluten-free Orange cream in a very convenient glass jar in a 200g pack. Ideal for filling cakes, with a typical and delicate orange flavour.
It is a ready-to-use spreadable cream of the highest Italian quality, with a delicate taste, a soft consistency and ideal for all filling and decoration uses, for filling croissants and desserts of all kinds; also excellent in the culinary field!
It is also suitable for all applications requiring high cooking resistance. When frozen, our orange cream retains its characteristics unchanged.
Furthermore, Orange Cream is excellent for use as a flavoring for custards and cream and in the preparation of semifreddos, mousses and bavarois.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose-fructose syrup, sweetened condensed skimmed MILK, modified starch (corn), rehydrated orange juice (3.5%), cocoa butter, acidity regulators: E330-E331, flavouring, preservative E202, emulsifier E472e, colourants: beta carotene (E160a), paprika extract (E160c) and E516.
Packaging: 200g in glass jar.
