Pistachio Cream.

The Pistachio Cream proposed here is a ready-to-use professional product, different from other spreadable creams. The pistachio flavour, in fact, is not common to find and is very suitable for putting on bread, as well as for filling desserts. To be offered as a snack or as a dessert, it will be a delight for the palate.
A soft, tasty and high quality cream, ideal for fillings of any kind (cakes - croissants - cannoli - cream puffs) or simply spreadable.

Ingredients: Vegetable oils (palm), sugar, PISTACHIOS (15%), skimmed milk powder, milk whey strong> powder, lactose, emulsifier lecithin (soya), flavourings. The product may contain traces of other nuts. Gluten Free.

Hazelnut Milk Cream.

It is ready to use as a filling for cakes and fillings for croissants, parcels, brioches, krapfen, swiss-rolls and crêpes. It lends itself excellently to the preparation of pralines. It can be used as a flavoring for custard, whipped cream, butter cream, mousse and bavarois. Suitably mixed in equal parts with hot custard, it makes an excellent covering for profiteroles and for variegating various types of ice cream.

Hazelnut Cream (Gianduia).

Hazelnut Cream (Gianduia) ready to use, spreadable and for filling, of the highest quality with gianduia flavor which appears as a spreadable cream , brown in colour. It has an ideal consistency for filling biscuits, kisses and wafers. It is also excellent for filling croissants, brioches, krapfen, sponge cake or for preparing fillings for pralines and cuneesi.

Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, palm), skimmed milk powder, low-fat cocoa with 10-12% cocoa butter (8%), HAZELNUTS (8%), emulsifier lecithin (soya), flavourings. The product may contain traces of other nuts. Gluten-free.
