This kit was designed by us at Dolcincasa, and we chose these creams because their colors are reminiscent of the Spring season, their flavor is reminiscent of nature, their scent the arrival of this beautiful season! Kit composed of 3 mouth-watering creams: Berries and Yogurt Cream, Honey Cream and Lemon Cream.
Cream of Berries and Yogurt
Berries and Yogurt Cream, is a gluten-free spreadable cream and forfilling. Its extremely high quality, ready to use, with a delicate flavour, soft and spreadable consistency, ideal for all filling and decoration uses. The Berries and Yoghurt Cream is very suitable for all applications which require high resistance to cooking. When frozen, this cream retains its characteristics unchanged.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, fructose, water, berries (raspberries, strawberries, redcurrants, blackberries, blueberries), low-fat condensed milk, powdered yoghurt ( 2.5%), modified starch, acidifier E270. Preservative: E200, flavourings, colourings: beta carotene, E120, E171. The product is gluten-free.

Honey Cream
Honey Cream resistant to cooking and freezing, perfect for filling confectionery products. The filling is ready to use and stands out from other creams for its versatility in all pastry applications. Savor the delicate sweetness of the Honey Cream enclosed in a fragrant cereal croissant for a fantastic contrast of flavours. Also excellent as a Spreadable Cream.
Ingredients: Honey (35%), sugar, water, glucose/fructose syrup. Gelling agents: E401-E440. Acidity regulators: E330-E333. Flavouring, Preservative: potassium sorbate.
Gluten-free product.
Store in a cool, dry place. (no fridge)
Lemon Cream
The lemon cream is of the highest quality ready to use, with a delicate taste, a soft and spreadable consistency, ideal for all filling and decoration uses. It is also suitable for all applications requiring high cooking resistance. When frozen, its characteristics remain unchanged. It is excellent for use as a flavoring for custards and creams and in the preparation of semifreddos, mousses and bavarois.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, water, sweetened condensed skimmed milk, modified starch, lemon juice (3.5 %), butter of cocoa, acidifier E330, flavouring, preservative E202, emulsifier E472e, colourings: beta carotene and E171. Gluten free.
