Food coloring velvety cocoa spray based on cocoa butter and cocoa powder with a velvety effect to be used on semifreddos and ice creams.

Instructions for use.
Shake well before use.
Spray a thin and homogeneous layer maintaining a distance of 25/30 cm from the surface.
Before use, leave the cylinder at 25°C for at least 2 hours.
Avoid excessive use of the product.
Leave the treated food to rest for at least 4 hours before consuming it.

Ingredients: propellants (Butane E943a, Isobutane E943b, Propane E944), Cocoa Butter, Cocoa powder, potassium carbonate. Produced in a facility that uses soy lecithin.
