Citron Paste - Professional Product Made in Italy

Pasta Cedro is a bright yellow paste with an intense aroma and scent of cedar. Its structure also makes it ideal for variegating and filling cakes and semifreddos. Ideal for the preparation of Citron flavored ice creams, sorbets and granitas. It can also be used for variegating (e.g. the Fiordilatte flavour).

Gluten free.

Suitable for home and professional use.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, candied citron (cedar peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid), acidifier: citric acid; flavourings, stabilizer: pectins; dyes: E102, E131. May contain: soy, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, peanuts.

How to use: 80-100 g of product per liter of fruit-based mixture. We recommend a base prepared with all water. Mix before use.

Storage: The product must be stored in the original sealed container and in a cool, dry place.
