Hazelnut cream muffins are a delicious snack to be enjoyed perhaps at work to make our break more delicious, or to surprise your partner with a soft dessert. We provide you with the ingredients to make hazelnut cream muffins with a low level of difficulty and a preparation time of only 30 minutes.

The ingredients for the hazelnut cream muffins are: 180 grams of flour, 20 grams of cocoa, 100 grams of sugar, 230 grams of water, 30 grams of seed oil, 1 sachet of vanillin, ½ sachet of baking powder, our hazelnut cream, and chopped hazelnuts as required.

Preparation of muffins with hazelnut cream

  • Set the oven to 180 degrees
  • Pour sugar, flour and cocoa into a bowl: mix everything well
  • Add water to taste. together with oil, vanillin and yeast
  • Use an electric mixer to mix everything together (watch out for lumps!)
  • Take the baking cups (paper, aluminum or silicone, which do you use?) and pour a little mixture up to half of the container
  • Let the muffins bake for about 15 minutes
  • Check the cooking of the muffins with a wooden stick: simply insert the stick into the muffin and, if the dough is still sticking, continue cooking.
  • Once the muffins have cooled, garnish with hazelnut cream and chopped nuts.
